ORDER ACCEPTANCE
The acceptance of your order begins once you receive an order confirmation via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or through the confirmation page after checkout. A unique order number will be generated for every confirmed order.
ORDER CANCELLATION
NURHAM OFFICIAL reserves the right to cancel any order due to, but not limited to, the following reasons:
Product is out of stock.
Technical issues during order placement.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping/contact information.
Payment failure or declined transaction.
Suspicious or fraudulent order activity.
Product found damaged or defective during quality inspection.
Pricing or system errors.
Customers may request to cancel their order before it has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
DELIVERY DELAYS
NURHAM OFFICIAL strives to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery time. However, we shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
NURHAM OFFICIAL shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, misdelivery, or non-delivery resulting from such events. These include, but are not limited to, earthquakes, floods, storms, pandemics, war, civil unrest, or any other force majeure event.
ORDER PLACEMENT
Orders can be placed through our official website, social media platforms, or WhatsApp.
We accept payments through:
Cash on Delivery (Pakistan only)
Bank Transfer
Online Payment (where available)
Although we make every effort to fulfil all confirmed orders, product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, customers will be offered an alternative product of similar value or a refund (if payment has already been made).
If we do not receive the required confirmation or payment (where applicable), NURHAM OFFICIAL reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
